They are the most approachable, resourceful, and helpful tour planners. I did a 7 day trip with my group organised by them, and accommodation, inter-city transportation, food, everything was great. I had some special requests like, cycling alongside the Dal lake (picture attached) etc, they took care of all that I had requested.
