They arranged pickup from West Bengal, handled the visa process smoothly, and organized comfortable hotel stays. We visited Phuentsholing, Paro, and Thimphu without any hassle. We had taken Balaji’s service for our Bhutan tour. The experience was very nice & the tour was very well-organised. I had contacted couple of other tour operators. However, I found Balaji very economic in terms of cost & very honest in answering my questions. I really liked Raj Ji’s personal involvement.
Certain points I want add here who wants to travel to Bhutan:
1. Have a proper discussion regarding which Djong is open for how many hours. The djong may be there in the itinerary but you won’t be able to cover it due to time constraint.
2. If you are making any kind of changes to uour itinerary then inform Raj Ji about that.
3.One of the crucial days is Hiking to Tiger’s Nest. Discuss properly if you can visit any other place after the hike as it will take a lot of energy. Though places will be there in the itinerary but you won’t be able to cover it.
4. Be realistic & practical about your time-frame. If you want cover more places then add more days to your itinerary.

This was our very first international trip, and it became possible only because of Raj Sir. From the very beginning, Raj Sir took personal care of every small and important detail, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
What truly stood out was his personal involvement—he personally called all the hotels to ensure we got the best view rooms and good quality food. Every single day, he checked in and took updates about our tour from the guide, which made us feel very well looked after throughout the journey.
He arranged an excellent-condition Creta car with a highly skilled and safe driver, making our travel across Bhutan very comfortable. His guidance about shopping in Bhutan was also very helpful and genuine.
On the last day, for shopping guidance, Raj Sir introduced us to his team member Ansu, who is extremely knowledgeable about the local markets. Ansu guided us very well for shopping and also suggested good, hygienic local food restaurants, which was a great help.
