During the last Diwali vacation, we had planned a trip to Kashmir. Then my friend connected us with Sajjadbhai from Sulaiman Travels, and we completed a 10-day tour.

It was nice experience while traveled to Kashmir during Christmas week. Sajadbhai is superb guy and also found assigned driver for us Mr.Abid is also a fantastic. They made all the efforts to make our trip memorable for life time.

In the middle of January 2023, we, (Self from Coimbatore Tamilnadu, My brother from Palakkad, Kerala and our friend from Baroda, Gujarat)  three couple have planned to visit Srinagar in the last week of March 2023. Contacted travel agents in Srinagar and the offer of Suleiman travels was very competitive. Miss Tawhida of Suleiman travels called me to finalize the plan and I asked her to wait for a month. She was constantly following up and that gave me confidence on the agent. The date was finalized and intimated to her. She booked rooms in Three star hotels, resort at pahalgham and intimated. We were asked to pay partial amount only as advance. The places of visit and tentative plan of travel along with the photos of the places were sent along with the confirmation voucher to me. Later she also reminded to book tickets on line for Gondola ride at Gulmarg. We transferred the amount and she booked the tickets and sent the details.
A Tavera car was allotted to us and the driver Mr Khan promptly picked up us from the Airport on 30.3.23 and dropped us in Regal Palace. The rooms were very comfortable and they provided a room heater also. The complimentary dinner and Breakfast were tasty and much sufficient. We spent three nights there. The car driver was very prompt and took us to Sonomarg and Gulmarg on different dates. He took us to good hotels for lunch. The snow boat ride was very thrilling at Sonomarg. The snow fall in Gulmarg was an exceptional experience.
The stay at Srichan resort was good. The view of the river from room was enjoyable. The lack of lift in the resort resulted us to stay in the ground floor itself. The policy of the resort to allot only two river view rooms and one back view room was not convincing when three rooms in the front view were available. They could have adopted first come first served basis.
The fully blossomed Tulips in the garden was a treat to eyes.
The Shikhara ride was excellent. The allocation of two  house boats to three couple created confusion sine we wanted one boat with three bedrooms.

Over all experience was good. The MD of Suleiman travels Mr. Sajjid is a very dedicated man.  The constant follow up of his staff on the guests is really appreciable. The performance of Tawhida on her work is outstanding.

We enjoyed our trip as we were from places reeling over 38 degree celcius (summer) to 3 degree Srinagar and Ice laden mountains of Mighty Himalayas and the rivers all around. The trip arranged by Suleiman travels is a pack with value for money we spent.
