*Accommodation*
The rooms were excellent, providing a comfortable retreat after each day's adventure. We're particularly impressed with the Shangri-La staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Their exceptional service made our stay truly memorable.

Only the last one night stay at Ibis could have been better room was too small but as it was just few hours stay it’s fine.

At Cairns we upgraded our room to ocean view with an extra cost and they gave it.

*Guides*
Our guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and thorough in their explanations. They planned the tours meticulously, ensuring we made the most of our time and explored the best of Australia.

Went on a family vacation to Phuket, Krabi and Koh Phangan. Booked the tour through Sun Tan Vacations and Dhruv planned it really well. Everything went the way it was planned and the local team as well as Dhruv, all were always available on call or whatsapp whenever we needed any assistance. My recent experience with Sun Tan Vacations was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, even though it was my first time booking with them, the process was seamless and incredibly reassuring.

Dhruv, is a true professional. He was incredibly patient, answering all my queries and helping me plan a fantastic trip on very short notice. His meticulous planning and constant support were invaluable. He was available from the moment we started planning until I returned home, ensuring everything went smoothly.

I was initially skeptical about visiting the Maldives during the monsoon season in the first week of August, but Dhruv confidently assured me it would still be a great experience. He was absolutely right! The weather was pleasant, the resorts were less crowded, and we received full attention and privacy from the staff. It was a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Dhruv recommended a resort that I hadn't heard of before, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The experience was fantastic, and I'm so glad I trusted his judgment. When a minor issue arose at the resort, Dhruv immediately stepped in and addressed it with the management, resolving the matter swiftly and professionally.

This was my first trip with Sun Tan Vacations, but it certainly won't be my last. Their support for both domestic and international travel, combined with their impeccable service, has made me a loyal customer. Even though I'm based in Bangalore and they are in Delhi, the distance had no impact on the quality of support I received.

Went on a family vacation to UK which covered places around London and Scotland. Booked the tour through Sun-Tan vacations as Dhruv has been organizing our domestic and international tours since the last 7-8 years, and we always had only nice things to say about those trips. Itinerary was well balanced keeping in mind that we are traveling with children, accommodations are all good and close to public transit services, day tours went smooth as planned, and other sight-seeing recommendations were worth visiting.
