I stayed at Aipan Hotel Chota for 3 days and it was an incredible experience. If you are looking for a stay that focuses on authentic connection to the region rather than just "luxury," this is the place to be.

The Host: Aditya was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

The Food: A major highlight! They served us local cuisine dishes that were absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find such authentic flavors served with so much heart.

The Vibe: This place is perfect if you want to truly immerse yourself in the local culture and surroundings.

I stayed in Chopta at one of the local accommodations, and the experience was truly wonderful. Surrounded by lush green meadows and majestic Himalayan views, the stay felt peaceful and refreshing. Waking up to crisp mountain air, birdsong, and mist-covered peaks was unforgettable. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts made the experience even more special, and the simple, homely food added to the charm. Being so close to nature, away from the noise of city life, made my time in Chopta both relaxing and memorable.

From road as you rech here, it's amazing village, where you also see the local culture. This home stay is well organized. Aditya and his wife are well - behaving people, who take care of every guest as their  family member. Food quality is fresh and simple, on demand they also provide pahadi thali.  I recommend this home stay. And would like to came back again.

One of those places that makes you feel home since you step inside. One of the best hosts and people i met on my trip around Uttarakhand. Aditya and Kajal truly made me feel at home, and everything from the accommodation, food and service was absolutely top notch! Even the staff is so friendly and warm, always looking to assist you in every way possible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and can’t wait to be at The Aipan resort, hopefully this time it’s for a longer time!

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The surroundings are peaceful, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is extremely courteous.
The food quality was excellent, especially the breakfast spread. Overall, a great place to stay with family and friends. Would definitely visit again!
