I stayed at Aipan Hotel Chota for 3 days and it was an incredible experience. If you are looking for a stay that focuses on authentic connection to the region rather than just "luxury," this is the place to be.

The Host: Aditya was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

The Food: A major highlight! They served us local cuisine dishes that were absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find such authentic flavors served with so much heart.

We had a wonderful experience with tar stays. I was travelling with my wife and we both liked our stay with tar stays. Resort is 500 m hike from chopta road but the views are amazing. Its very peaceful and beautiful views of chopta valley.
The service and food were great. Aditya bhai’s warmth and welcoming spirit adds to the experience.
I would definitely like to visit again.

Our stay at AIPAN RESORT(home stay )was absolutely wonderful. The homestay gave us a warm, homely feeling—just like being at home. The facilities were excellent, the staff was extremely courteous, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. The breathtaking mountain view from the property was simply mesmerizing and made our stay even more special.

The trek itself was very well organized. Our trek guide was highly professional, polite, calm, and incredibly supportive throughout the journey. He ensured our safety and comfort at every step, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

One of those places that makes you feel home since you step inside. One of the best hosts and people i met on my trip around Uttarakhand. Aditya and Kajal truly made me feel at home, and everything from the accommodation, food and service was absolutely top notch! Even the staff is so friendly and warm, always looking to assist you in every way possible. I stayed in Chopta at one of the local accommodations, and the experience was truly wonderful. Surrounded by lush green meadows and majestic Himalayan views, the stay felt peaceful and refreshing. Waking up to crisp mountain air, birdsong, and mist-covered peaks was unforgettable. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts made the experience even more special, and the simple, homely food added to the charm. Being so close to nature, away from the noise of city life, made my time in Chopta both relaxing and memorable.
