We had booked the trip to Phuket/Krabi/Phi Phi islands with The Happy Vacation in February 2025 and were well supported by Kirti who prepared the itinerary customised to our requirements, even after multiple iterations from our side. Pick-ups and Drop-offs for all the excursions were on time, in good quality vehicles and and we were informed about them one day in advance via the Telegram group created for the support. 24/7 support is available on the Telegram group as many team members including local team is part of the group and we got quick response to any query raised on the group.
