As a planned tour from day 1 we were treated as family and given special importance at every stage.
Mostly each time we had a difficult situation Mr.ATIF the MD himself took time in staying along with the entire family keeping away his personal plans to show the real kashmir n helped us a way too ahead from our expectations to fulfill our needs from the tour we wanted !
The tour was very well organized , time was well maintained, the stay we had got were extremely UPTO the mark and mostly very hygienic!
The food mainly and the khava or teas were extremely good and was made in the authentic way which was just what was required for the climate!
Mainly everything is organized on a trust bases and the team is not for making money out of the tour rather would want to see there clients happy and satisfied

Very nice exprince , all the hotel staff are so gentle and helpful, facility provided by the hotel is excellent specially for winter season. If anyone visiting Pahalgam I recommend Hotel Hills Heaven for their comfortable stay. Excellent stafff

We went to Kashmir through them and had a very pleasant and fun experience. The hotels in which we stayed were good and offered serene views. Our driver/guide cordially welcomed us and toured us around Kashmir. He was very polite and helpful to my grandmother and otherwise. The people in Kashmir were very kind, warm and welcoming. The food options were nice too! It was a memorable trip indeed!!!
