Wonderful Himachal Tour – Well Organized & Memorable!

Of late, we did a Himachal Pradesh tour (7N/8D) with The Quality Vacations, Shimla and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From our 3.30 AM pickup at Kalka to the final drop at Amritsar everything was flawlessly managed. We were surprised and impressed by the early pickup and same-day Shimla sightseeing—it set the tone for a great trip!

This was actually a suddenly planned tour—we booked Tatkal train tickets (yes, we are this much crazy actually!) and were quite tense initially as even one day before commencement of journey nothing was finalised! But to our relief, the team—especially Ms. Renu Thakur—stepped in and finalized the entire plan within half a day! Her prompt support, assurance and quick coordination gave us the confidence to go ahead and everything was handled with absolute professionalism qnd flawlessly!

Ms. Renu truly was the backbone of the tour. She planned the itinerary so thoughtfully, remained constantly available for assistance and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. Her personal attention and caring approach made a huge difference—she felt more like a friend than a coordinator.

We also really do appreciate that all hotel details were shared in advance—really rare among travel companies! This kind of clarity is exceptional. We checked, requested a few changes and were provided with the best available options all offering scenic views with balconies and also pure comfort.

During our tour we stayed at respective hotels of Shimla, Kasol, Manali, Dharamshala and Dalhousie. The car (Swift Dezire) available with us 24/7, Driver Mr. Abhishek was professional, food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious and all sightseeing were really well-managed. We faced zero issues during our entire journey. In true sense it was really a super deluxe package!
