We booked a Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling private tour with them. The contact person was very helpful from the beginning. He helped me with deciding the hotels, places and flights. I had lots of questions which very answered gracefully. Overall, the booking experience was great.
They also created a telegram group where they shared all the details about the cabs, hotels and support during the trip. We had few issues which they promptly discussed with us. Overall, the tour was good. One thing to note was even in the category of hotel we choose we didn't get the better room possible. They need to work on getting the hotel rooms prioritized.

I recently went on the Main Exhibit trip, and my experience was really amazing. Everything was well organized and smooth. Our trip captain, Khushi di, was very supportive and friendly.
