Overall trip was very nice and well organised. Location staff support was excellent especially Nancy. She helped us in very tricky situations. We are really greatful for her. Only concern was about Hanoi hotel. Room was very small and breakfast was not so good. They keep food without hot plate and not so many option. Other wise entire trip really good and we had amazing trip and memories.

It was great experience travelling with Tripcart, they have shortlisted the best comfortable places to stay, also quite memorable places to visit .
