I really enjoyed my honeymoon trip with the support of tickets to trip team....it was a very great experience with them to explore Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur).....and I especially want to thanks Pankaj who was totally connected with me all over my trip...and while exploring Rajasthan....I basically liked Jaisalmer..... thankyou Pankaj and tickets to trip👍👍

While booking trip they say something and in practice it's their own rules. While booking package discussed about cancellation policy. It was told we try our best to return as much as possible. Had to cancel the package 10 days before due to medical reason. Where now a days we get free cancellation from hotels if cancelled before 2 days too. These people started saying only 10 days left and didn't return any amount from my advance. Paid 18% as advance. They started saying that they already paid more than that to parties and cannot be refunded anything. I feel 10 days are not end time cancellation . Now they started saying all rules were in email and read your email and all. Prior while discussing package they never mentioned it. Disappointed

We were a big family of 16 people and we planned to visit Rann utsav in the first week of February. It was a full moon week hence the demand for the accomodation was very high but Mr Akash and Tickets to trip team went out of the way to ensure that we got the best possible accomodation at best possible rates. We had booked complete package including transportation, stay and food and i am glad to say that each of these were top notch. The transportation bus was right there even before we reached station and the vehicle was pretty well maintained. We had lot of sudden changes in plan with respect to spots we wanted to visit but driver was more than happy to oblige to our requests. The tents where we stayed were so well maintained with neat interiors and all the basic amenities. The attendants there too were very cooperative and took very good care of all our needs any any hour of the day. The traditional food provided to us was lip smacking to say the least. Overall we had an amazing experience with Tickets to trip and i would surely recommend people to opt for it if they want to have memorable experience without worrying about anything. Thank you Akash and team tickets to trip for this amazing experience and we surely look forward to another such outing with you.

I usually do my own planning and this time since i was short of time, TicketsToTrip has done a fantastic job for me. I was assigned a representative Bimal whom i troubled alot with my negotiation and my preferences. It was was considered to make my trip to Rajasthan seamless. I really appreciate the clear communication and timely followup and not going over board. Coming to driver, he was very good and very respectful. He was on time, no lapses from his side and always with us throughout the day. Lot of highways were 6 lane and I liked the option of locking the speed not to go beyond 90. This will ensure the speed is limited and feel safer. I recommend him as well. His name is lokesh.

Worst travel operator, they don't respond after getting the money. Faced hell number of issues during my UP and Uttarakhand trip. Be that with driver, hotel accommodation everything.. They don't stand on their Words. I didn't even visit the places which were mentioned in the itinerary. I never recommend this to anyone.
