It was our first experience with travel care of four 4 days Varanasi-vindhyachal-gaya tour from Mumbai. Over all experience was really good . Tour, hotel stay and traveling was well managed. My wife, son and I took a vacation that spawned Bodh Gaya,Bhutan, Kathmandu, Lumbini,Kushinagar,Sarnath and Varanasi. Ground transport was needed in Kathmandu and then later from Bharirahawa airport in Nepal till Varanasi. I researched a lot and then put out a request on a cab platform - and almost 2 months before the travel dates. Ankur called me personally to follow up on the request and since that time I must say I've been so impressed by his professionalism. He made sure he was in contact right through via phone and whatsapp. He made sure driver and cab details were provided on time . And when we reached Kathmandu we had an excellent experience with the driver who had been organised and our experience over 4 days from Bhairawaha till we we were dropped off at Varanasi airport was simply astounding with both the cab and Nandu who was the driver doing a phenomenal job of not just wonderful driving but also guide and keeping us engaged right through. His experience of Varanasi and additional guide support that Ankur provided helped us have a fantastic experience in a city that is otherwise hard to negotiate given narrow alleys and populations. In between Ankur kept in touch checking how we were doing . This is astounding professionalism.Thanks to Ankur one of the most critical factors that was land transport made our trip highly memorable.

I must say it is one of the best organised trip which l attended, my parents are above 70 years and they felt it is one of their best. I must thank Ankur Mehrotra for wonderful organisation of this trip which includes stay, pick up and drop up to airport. Very good service given during my recent trip to Varanasi. Driver was excellent. Car was also maintained in very good conditions. I never felt that I am using a hired car as the driver took personal care. Driver was well dressed. No bad habits of the driver.
