Worst travel agency Guys We booked the vehicle for our Shimla trip from Batra car rentals..and prior to the start of the journey, we urged the travel agency to provide a 7-seater vehicle, which they agreed to provide (an old Innova crysta), but just before one day when we inquired about the vehicle, they informed us that they could only provide a 6-seater vehicle (new Innova crysta). Prior to the start of the journey, we requested an experienced and calm driver, but the driver assigned to the journey was demanding money right from the start of journey and was too aggressive and rude... When we refused money and requested that it be paid according to the kilometres once we arrived safely at our destination, the driver threatened to deboard our luggage in the middle of the journey. I've travelled extensively and outstation every month, but I've never seen such a lack of professionalism! I strongly advise all travellers planning any type of trip to Delhi or nearby cities to avoid using this travel agency at all costs...!!!
