The trip was very well managed and extremely professional. Our guide, Alex Kyalo, is well-versed with Safaris and animals' psychology which helped us get some really amazing views and sightings at both Amboseli and Masai Mara. Traveling to Africa and specifically Masai Mara was a bucket list trip for me and my family (wife and teenage son) for many years. After years of prcastination, we finally managed to book the experience with help from Travel Unbounded and Chandrashekar planning the trip for us from 01-Aug to 06-Aug.

It was a fantastic trip right from the careful planning for flight and stay across 3 quality resorts at Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, optimising the activities for the days, food - picnic/packed or sit down gourmet ones and safety and precautions for the trip.

The driver and guide arranged was very knowledgeable and helpful, the last minute hiccups due to flight gettign delayed etc was well managed and the attention to details was exemplary.

Overall a 5 star experience managed by Travel Unbounded, Chandrashekhar and his team in India and on the ground in Kenya.

Our recent trip to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara in Kenya was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional services provided by Travel Unbounded. The carefully curated itinerary provided a perfect balance of exploration, cost optimisation and relaxation, making the most of our time in Kenya.

The accommodations, including Kilima Safari Camp, Lake Naivasha Resort and Fig Tree Camp, offered a good level of comfort with beautiful views. The food served was also quite good and varied. One thing that could have helped even more is to know the kind of rooms available at each of these lodges, so that we can pick the available options if needed (for example, Fig tree had both tent type accommodation and as well as cabin type).

An instance where we were quite impressed and felt we made a good choice to go with Travel Unbounded is when there was an issue with our hotel accommodation at the Naivasha resort and was asked to relocate to another hotel of theirs. Mr. Chandrasekhar quickly stepped in, called up the hotel management and secured the room that was originally booked for us. Totally appreciate the efforts put in!

Lastly, thanks to Travel Unbounded for handling all the logistics, from accommodations to transportation, taking away the stress and hassle and allowing us to just focus on the thrill of the game drives and the beauty of Kenya!

To say that this tour was a breathtaking experience is nothing short of a criminal understatement that severely falls short of describing the true beauty of the Masai Mara Reserve. The memories that this place leaves behind are ones worth cherishing for a thousand lifetimes. Right from the lush plains of the savannah to the dazzling beauty of the countless animals it’s a journey worth every rupee spent.

Huge props to the tour guides, who knew the entire reserve like the back of their palm, which brought us within inches of the amazing animals at Masai Mara. It was a truly memorable experience which was possible only because of the amazing effort of Travel Unbounded.
