I recently booked my trip through Travel Zappy, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The booking process was super smooth, and their team guided me step by step with complete transparency. The packages are very affordable compared to others, yet the quality of service is top-notch.

Our trip with Anedman and Nicobar was unforgettable. The Travel Zappy  planning was meticulous, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. I visited Andaman in March of this year through Travel Zappy.

As everyone does, I was also checking with many other travel partners. Pavithran reached me and explained many things and gave me a good plan. After going through many travel agents, I have decided to go with Travel Zappy.

Below are the pros and cons I felt.

Pros:

- Everything they planned happened on time – I received the driver details on time, they picked/dropped me up at the airport on time, and all other schedules.
- Drivers are polite and very friendly.
- Whenever there was a need Pavithran was available over the call.
- Flexible
- Payment terms – unlike other travel agents who will ask to make the full payment I only paid the advance and paid the balance on 2nd day after arrival.
- Pavithran was ready to offer his car for us to go shopping. Finally, he and his friend visited us and took us out shopping.
- Best support in scuba diving and other activities.

Cons:

- No drivers cared about our lunch. We had our lunch one day out of 5 days.
- Drivers in Havelock do not know Tamil and English (not even a little), making us struggle to communicate with them.
- Drivers keep changing – drivers will drop you at the site and leave, and we have to call drivers when we are done and have to wait until they are back, if it is going to take more time then drivers will ask someone else to pick us and drop at next site/hotel.
- No slot for local shopping – we did not get any time for shopping and I gave this feedback to Pavithran. Then he visited us, took us out shopping on the last day, and dropped us back at the hotel.

A driver who came to pick us up from the hotel on the last day to drop us at the airport was harsh with us saying we took more time to reach the car after his call - we took hardly 10-15 mins after his call to us saying he reached the hotel and we had more than 3 hours to check-in. However, after reaching the airport he apologized to us and wished us a happy journey.

For Andaman, I will always recommend Travel Zappy & Pavithran to my friends & family seeing his customer-centric approach. He always wanted to help us in all the possible ways.

I know it is very late, but still a special thanks to Pavithran and his friend.

I had an amazing experience. This was my first trip travelled by a travel agency. I am used to planning my own itinerary.. I got the same feels. I loved the way they organised to my tastes and liking.i am suggesting this agency for all the trips. Mr Giri was really friendly, enquired constantly about where I am and ensured I am having a smooth experience. He made my hesitations of travelling with an agency go away. Definitely safe and enjoyable trip. Even girls trip can be safely done here. I would 100% recommend this agency for booking. No need of any hesitations, definitely the best travel agency in andaman. I would definitely travel again with them.

Andaman is one of the most wonderful  places to visit with family.We saw Jarawas in Baratang island. We really wondering and prayed for that people.we conducted an Inter District Lions Club meeting and Plastic awareness program, we distributed cotton bag and pamphlets in Rathinam market area with Lions Club of Port Blair. we thank Mrs Anitha  President of the Club and Mr Pavithran Travel Zappy team.
