A special thanks to Sameer and Feroz from the team, who made the entire journey so smooth and memorable. From the moment we landed till the time we said goodbye, they made sure every small detail was taken care of.

One particular incident truly stood out to me — on our second day in Pahalgam, I accidentally left my wallet (with my ID and cards) at a small tea stall by the Lidder River. I didn’t even realize it until we were halfway back to our hotel. Sameer and Feroz immediately swung into action. While Sameer contacted the tea stall owner and kept me calm, Feroz drove all the way back — in freezing weather — to retrieve it. Not only did they get my wallet back safely, but they also refused to let me worry about any delays, assuring me that “this trip is for you to relax, leave the stress to us.”
