Very horrible experience. Main attraction in Abu dabi The BAPS temple was not covered by the cab driver simply because we were the only interested in that.He straight away told we are not going there.I informed the local authorities of the organizers but nothing was done.Though we both are senior citizens we were made to sit in the last row in the cab and the young boys and girls were sitting in the front rows. More horrible thing is that we were five people sitting in last row were even four cannot sit comfortably. 

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Trekhops on our Singapore and Bali trip. Everything was perfectly planned—from flights and hotels to local transfers and sightseeing. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving us enough time to explore, relax, and truly enjoy each destination.

We boooked via trekhops for our Malaysia trip to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday.
To start with we looked for many travel agency as all of us do but Anjali was regular with follow up’s and would work on our iternary every time we change and there was immediate replies which made us finalise with trekhops.
Ayush was helpful too in explaining and comforting us with the trip details.
Ground team in Malaysia was helpful in many ways in requesting to change our pick up time just few hours before our day trip and some drivers were kind enough to guide us and pick food on the way.
Handing with a kid was a ease in such countries where food is good and child friendly.

During the second week of January, we planned a six-day, five-night family tour to Dubai with Trekhops. The entire trip was very well organized. The tour planning was handled by Miss Anjana. Although she is new to the company, she offered a very attractive and reasonably priced package and was extremely supportive throughout the planning process.

The tour package was excellent, and the hotel was allotted appropriately based on our family size. The pricing was also very reasonable. From the operations side, Mr. Ayush managed our booking and visa process, which was completed smoothly and without any issues.

As a suggestion for further improvement, I would recommend that the visa application form must be shared with the client before submission to the embassy. This would allow any minor corrections to be made in advance and help avoid last-minute issues during immigration. (minor details like occupation etc.). We got our visas, about three weeks before the journey.

A day before departure, a Whats App group was created where the team shared the complete itinerary and important details. The response from both the agent and the Trekhops team in the group was very prompt. Whenever we had any requirement, we simply posted it in the group, and the team responded immediately.

All pick-up and drop services were perfectly on time, and there was no communication barrier with the drivers, as they could comfortably understand Hindi, Punjabi, English, and other Indian languages. The service provided by the agent was punctual and well-coordinated.

The hotel assigned to us, Golden Sands Apartment Hotel 3, was especially suitable for our family. All necessary amenities were provided, and our children enjoyed the stay and the overall trip very much.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would rate the Trekhops team 10 out of 10 and wish them all the best for the future
