Pathetic service by Trip anthem during our Visit to Darjeeling/Gangtok from 02nd April to 10 April 2022, No proper guidance on locations, arrogant drivers provided who were not at all co-operative. Trip advisor's job is to plan trip properly and give point to point guidance to travelers, but it was totally missing. Owner Mr. Agrawal is adamant and never picked up mobile. We had booked our trip before pandemic and it was cancelled and our 1.65 Lac amount was pending with trip anthem. We repeatedly asked them to refund as most of travel agencies in Maharashtra has refunded the amount, Even our indigo flight ticket was also got refunded.But, trip anthem refused to refund and later on the package provided was much costlier and we had to accept it forcefully, as trip anthem has not given a single rupee waiver/discount in that. Hotels were not informed properly and dinner in LACHEN was pathetic. Travel plan made by trip anthem was so hectic that first 4 days was completely travelling and we could not rest at all. Our one vehicle got failed just 400meter before Gurudongmarg Lake, so we requested second vehicle driver to take us to lake, but he totally refused. Since there was network problem, we could not call from that point to trip anthem, but drivers were very adamant and talking in rude language to us all the time. We had to pay extra charges for KALA PATTHAR point, which otherwise could have easily added by Trip anthem in the same cost,as it was nearby on Gurudongmarg lake. In all, it was our worst experience and i will personally suggest not to book with this travel agent in future anymore. Regards, Swapnil Taksale

Hello Trip Anthem, It was a memorable trip, great management by Mr. Videsh & Miss Mampi. The driver was very co-operative. The Hotel room was very nice and the hotel staffs are also well behaved. Trip Anthem takes care of each and every minute happiness and satisfaction of the guests. Strongly recommended to have a taste of Trip Anthem services.

I traveled Gangtok & Darjeeling tour on 13-05-2019 to 18-05-2019 with my family & friends, wiht the package provider Tripanthem, Siligudi. Dipti Panda (Sales Executive) planned our group trip very nicely and Mampi (Trip Co-Ordinator) taken care day to day continues as a family member. One of the best things is that they do not the compromise with there hospitality. I thanks to Dipti Panda and Mampi, due to them We enjoyed Trip. I recommend to Plan with Tripanthem.

We had booked our North East plan with Tripanthem and they have made our trip so memorable which we will cherish forever. Thanks to our Trip planner Dipti and to our trip co ordinator Mampi who have gone out of the box for guiding us the best whenever we had some confusions. I would lov e to give them 10 on 10. Our trip have started from Gangtok and ended with Darjeeling. All the days we were given the best hotels to stay and even the food provided in all the hotels was good with decent number of items. We travelled to Sikkim.It was a very nice experience that we had with trip anthem. They did follow up for each single day of our trip.The price of the trip was very reasonable.We were provided with a driver for sightseeing and he was a professional driver and was very enthusiastic, helped us to get things for the lowest price and really took good care of us in the trip.Trip anthem agents are very helpful,we trust trip anthem because of their agent Netha she was very helpful and followed up well. we will plan all of our future trips with trip anthem. We had a nice tour of Darjeeling and Gangtok from 22nd to 28th of September 19. The tour was well organized by Trip Anthem. The tour coordinator Bidesh did an excellent job of coordinating with us throughout our tour. He was in touch with us throughout the tour providing us necessary information about our day to day tour programme, vehicle and the driver information through WhatsApp and over phone. The hotel accommodation and food is of good quality. Only one problem we had was that the hotel accommodation provided in Gangtok was very small and not up to the mark. Only after our request and after the intervention of the tour coordinator Bidesh, the hotel management provided a better accommodation. Over all our experience with Trip Anthem has been very good and we strongly recommend Trip Anthem for all those who would like to visit these places. Strongly suggest people to use services of Trip Anthem for their trips to north east

Well I had experienced trip anthem's hospitality during 1st week of August 2019 when I booked a trip to gangtok and Darjeeling. Their team Coordination was superb. They just take care of their customers as family members. You can contact them at any time of the day and their responses were also outstanding. I had personally not met my trip coordinator (Mr. Bidesh) but whenever we converse over the phone his response was so polite and caring. The only reason I took away a star from their feedback was the HOTELS. The room of the hotel in gangtok was not upto the expectation but their hospitality was good. The infrastructure of the hotel in Darjeeling was good but their food was not upto mark. And last but not the least the "drivers".. The drivers trip anthem provided were very decent and enthusiastic to brief about the places and their traditions. In short you can just contact trip anthem for tour purposes with a low expectation of the hotels.

Our tour was awesome. Very professional people, good service, great hospitality with punctual timings along with well trained drivers made our journey ever memorable. But would like to request to give hotel near to Gangtok town area or provide to and fro local transportation in evenings upon request.
