I have used TripClap twice to book tour packages to Jaipur and Katra, and I had a great experience both times. The customer service/ personal touch [Mr Mahesh] from team, was also excellent. I had a few questions before my trip, and the customer service team was always quick to respond and helpful. They were also able to make some changes to my itinerary at the last minute, which was very appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend TripClap to anyone looking to book a tour package. The website is easy to use, has a great selection of packages, and the customer service is excellent.

Im a user of Tripclap since 2022, Since then there service is good. My RM Ms Farheen and Mr Ratnesh they are doing their part perfectly and there support is appreciable. What my suggestion to trip clap is increase the quality of leads. There Sales Team is good but there marketing team or lead generating team is not up to the mark. Nowadays Lead Flow as well as Lead Quality is very low this issue impacting us very badly. Apart from this there is no issue in the tripclap . Everything is good so far. Thank you
