I had planned a solo trip to the Maldives through a vendor on Tripclap. Unfortunately, there was some confusion with the vendor after the booking, and things didn’t go as I expected. During this time, Sumit from Tripclap personally helped me by coordinating with the vendor and ensuring that I received my refund.
Honestly, if I had booked directly with an agency instead of through a marketplace like Tripclap, getting this refund would have been very difficult. I’m giving this rating because of the genuine support and help I received from the Tripclap team. Thank you for standing by your customers!
