Every detail was beautifully arranged. Our itinerary balanced culture, nature and downtime perfectly: charming mornings wandering Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a magical overnight cruise through Hạ Long Bay as the limestone karsts glowed at sunset, and dreamy evenings in Hội An with lanterns reflecting on the river. The hotels they chose were comfortable and well-located, and the Halong cruise was intimate and luxurious — the cabin was spotless, meals were delicious, and the sunset on the deck is a memory we’ll keep forever.

When we were looking for a travel agent for the Bali we got to know about Tripoclan, They were very responsive and gave great pricing package, Visa was a breeze to get .

The trip from the day 1 was very well organised and each and every requirement was well taken care.
Transport, food, events, location, timing adjustment. They are well backed by a good ground support staff locally.
Better coordination on bali agent and india agent will be more beneficial and strict adherence of timing as per plan by bali local team.
