She ensured that all key attractions were covered while still allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

What stood out the most was her constant support throughout the journey. Every evening, she checked in with us to understand how our day went and whether we needed any assistance. In one instance where we felt slightly uncomfortable with a hotel, she ensured a prompt and smooth resolution, which we really appreciated.

Being a Jain family, we had specific requirements, and Purba made sure that all arrangements were aligned with our needs.

The vehicle, driver, and guide provided were all excellent and played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience.
A special mention to our guide, *Kinzhang*, who was absolutely fantastic, along with our skilled and courteous driver, *Thinley* whom we warmly addressed as our *Car Pilot.*

Traveling with a child made this even more meaningful, our guide was not just informative, but also incredibly warm and engaging. He connected wonderfully with our son, almost like an elder brother. During moments when our child was excited and exploring different places, he was always around, making sure he was safe and enjoying himself. It truly felt as both our guide and driver were a part of our family throughout the journey.

Recently we visited Bhutan with group of 33 people and booked the services through Turopia Travels. I would sincerely like to thank all the team members for making the trip one of the most memorable one.

The hotel provide by them considering the budget was superb and the food was amazing. Cab service and driver behaviour was also excellent. Drivers maintained the timing and made sure that every point mentioned in the itinerary was covered.
