From the very beginning, the planning and coordination were seamless. A huge, special thanks to our representative, Feroza, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure everything was going perfectly.

A massive shoutout also goes to our driver, Irshad Khanday. Navigating the mountain roads was smooth and stress-free because of his excellent driving skills. He was extremely cooperative, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and saw the best spots.

The houseboat stay in Srinagar was definitely a highlight—peaceful, scenic, and something I’d highly recommend. The hotel arrangements were decent, clean, and comfortable.
Our driver was polite, knowledgeable, and guided us well throughout the trip, which made a big difference. Vivanata’s team was also responsive during the planning stage and helped customize the trip based on our preferences.

We recently completed a spectacular 7-day tour of Kashmir booked through Vivanta Global Holidays, and it was truly an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the incredible team that looked after us.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to the charming Bisma Bashir Zoror, our agency representative. From start to finish, Bisma was absolutely helpful, courteous, sweet, and lovable. She possesses an incredibly eloquent, persuasive, and engaging conversational ability; her sweet and articulate way of speaking makes it absolutely impossible to turn down her wonderful holiday offers. She went above and beyond, constantly checking on our comfort and facilities throughout the entire tour. In fact, while checking on our well-being, she immediately intervened and ensured that some problems we faced at our Srinagar hotel were sorted out on a war footing. She never ever let us feel that we were away from home. Visiting the Vivanta Global Holidays office was a highlight; the hospitality was incredibly moving. Bisma personally made a special traditional Kahwa (tea) for us, which we absolutely loved, and we will forever cherish the enchanting photographs taken with her and the wonderful staff members.
Our driver, Tanveer, was equally fantastic. He is a true gentleman—highly cooperative, incredibly helpful, and deeply well-versed with the entire region. The car provided for our journey was extremely comfortable, making our travel through the beautiful landscapes smooth and enjoyable.
Additionally, our stays at The Heevan Resort in Gulmarg and The Idyll Resort in Pahalgam were truly memorable, offering beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and stunning views.

The Experience was wonderful. The tour was well planned. Due to some technical issues the Gandola Rope way was cancelled but it was compensated with other trip. Liked the way they immediately responded. The accommodation (Hotel) was also at the best location.  Last but not the least, the driver. I won’t call him driver. He was like a family. Greeted and treated very well. Guided us very well not just for the site seeing but also for the shopping. We will certainly plan trips with Vivanta Global Holidays, and had it been J&K or anywhere nearby, Mudasir bhai would be our chauffeur for sure.

We had the best time in Kashmir thanks to Vivanta Holidays. Everything was so smooth and well managed from start to end. A big thank you to Saima, who was always there to help us with bookings, plans, and any little thing we needed she truly made us feel taken care of.
