i made a trip for shimla manali and kasol and they promised to facilitate me 3 star hotel accomodation and quality food ...but once you booked your package they completely changed ...when i reached manali they served us thanda food to eat we complained about it so they were like aap late ho gye  isliye esa hi milega so we thought its ok. But again and again they did same thing ..and secondly they continuously change ours hotels which was not as per our package deal ye log kehte kuch h or karte kuvh hai and so we decided to complaint against this so they started torturing us. Very disappointing company
If you people want to take extra problems in your life then go with them otherwise please do not opt this.

Pros: The staff is excellent, and they organize well-planned trips, even on a tight budget. They also offer good hotel options. We booked a Shimla-Manali trip with them.

Cons: Their planning could be improved, and communication with drivers needs to be better.

Overall, we had a great experience with them. They assisted us throughout the trip and treated us with great care, which we truly appreciate.

Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory. All accommodations were excellent, with the exception of one that was moderately satisfactory. The food quality was consistently good, and both the vehicle and the driver provided excellent service. The entire experience was economical and cost-effective. Over all the program was organised by Yatraco.com, and we received exceptional assistance from Mansi, Soni and also other staff.
