I eventually had to pay them extra as i had no choice as the flights were booked.
They said that we will shift you to another hotel but as we arrived at Kochi airport the taxi took us to a homestay lodge instead of a hotel in the middle of a jungle. I had a big agument with the agent and she said that she will change to a hotel but she never did and we had to spent 2 days at the homestay lodge.
On the third day we arrived at the house boat and found that the houseboat was not the one mentioned in the iternary.
It was a very disappointing trip after spending so much.The tour agent should refund us for all trouble that we had to go through.

Hotal condition was not good. Hence staffs are well behaved. 

I was very sceptical about booking package from here as I was recommended through social platforms but according to me you should definitely try Yatraco for your future packages as they provide you with the most relevant itenary and that too in affordable prices. Must try! And during the holiday the manager Miss Mansi makes sure to call you up and ask about your holiday..that is very thoughtful according to me.. thankyou for making my trip easy and most memorable..

Pros: The staff is excellent, and they organize well-planned trips, even on a tight budget. They also offer good hotel options. We booked a Shimla-Manali trip with them.

Cons: Their planning could be improved, and communication with drivers needs to be better.

Overall, we had a great experience with them. They assisted us throughout the trip and treated us with great care, which we truly appreciate.

We had a very nice experience with Yatraco. Mr. harish and Rahul ji had planned our trip to Shimla. The best part is that everyday they coordinate with us about the place and hotels. We were on a trip in the Himalayas and it was great. The best guide was Sahil, not only was he an excellent mountain guide, but also a friend, an expert on culture and religion, and nothing was a problem for him.

This was one of the best trips hosted by Yatraco team in Dec.
I am overwhelmed with the hospitality and the way the entire trip was organised.
Would like to share a incident, We were stuck in Sarchu for almost 24hrs because of heavy snowfall. Diwakar did follow up with us for our safety and comfort and made sure we are fine until we reached the destination.
