A Fantastic experience with YES Holidays Satish happened during our group tour of BALI ... well planned and excellent services. I would suggest him to all my friends and business contacts.

We planned our Honeymoon Trip to Srinagar with help of Satish from Yes Holidays. The planning was awesome right from the travel and stay. Also, the local sight-seeing in Srinagar and the places in Sonmarg and Pahalgam was also good. Thanks to Satish for such a memorable honeymoon trip organized for us.

We booked Kerala package through yes holidays. Arrangment, food and stay was excellent.

I don't have an option to choose 0 or - value star rating in google review. Don't think about to enquire any of your travel plan to them. We around 70 + members went for a official trip to munnar. YES HOLIDAYs only arranged complete package of this trip. starting from BUS arrangement, Hotel Stay, and other activities it was an end to end package and they made huge money out of it. but it not worth for single penny we spend for this package. starting to ending totally waste of money and time we lost in this trip. Food : Worst I have ever seen. highlight is that, too they will provide only limited quantities to us.

They don't have any experience to conduct a group tour . We engaged them for an official outing with a crowd of 70 people ,starts from the vehicle they arranged to the location they chosen , staffs who accompanied us for 3days ,end to end failure . Point no 1 : Initially they shown a bus and promised that all three couches will be same of quality . But when bus reached to pickup it was an ordinary single tyre couch . Pathetic driving by drivers taken 21 Hours to reach Resort . Normally its just 13-14Hrs journey .None of the YES HOLIDAYS officials/ guides does not know navigation to resort !!!. We started at 4.30Pm from Guindy and reached at 1.45Pm . SO our whole morning food and other " basic emergencies /requirements " got screwed up . our group was having 8+ Women staffs and imagine how difficult for them to travel 21+hrs in a bus without a proper break in between . Point no 2: Location advantages . Location is 35-40 Km down from Munnar hill station and you can't say it is a hill station . Just Infront of the resort one mountain was there . The location they arranged was a village out of Munnar as promised as Munnar . This was almost 2hrs from Munnar town and not a hill station . temperature in Munnar was 18 degree and our location temp was above 25 degree . Resort was Virtually inaugurated by us and there was no proper place for a gathering like us . This can be a deserted location who wanted to have just relaxing but not as hill station location . Pont 3 Zero coordination between tour operator and the resort . if we ask any thing to resort staff they are just asking to talk to Tour operator . Many times to get the water to drinks people has to fight . Room allotment was also not done properly or communicated properly to the guests and lot of chaos . This shows complete inexperienced way of managing such a tour . i don't suggest them for any corporate gatherings as they are not having any experience.

We had booked Kashmir tour package with Yes holidays. I was impressed by the prompt response from Sathish ji. He invited us home, briefed us about Kashmir tourism and within the next 2 hrs , itenerary was sent and the flights were booked. All the hotels in Srinagar and Gulmarg (including house boat) were well chosen with heating facilities to beat the sub zero temperatures. We had few issues with the driver but Sathish tried to sort it then and there. Thanks to Yes holidays for organizing this entire trip to Kashmir - The heaven on earth
