Over the next five years, the Uttarakhand state government plans to connect 17 tourism spots in the Kumaon region of the hill state under the Manaskhand circuit. According to rumours, Kainchi Dham, Jageshwar temple, Mukteshwar, Golu Devta temple, and Purnagiri temple will be connected as part of the project. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has indicated that detailed measures have been undertaken to boost the tourism sector in Kumaon. He went on to say that the Kumaon range has a lot of promise, as well as a variety of picturesque spots and holy sites. As a result, improved road connectivity will be provided to the aforementioned places. 
He went on to say that as a pilot operation, they'll start with a parking lot near Kainchi Dham, then move on to other areas.
The CM further stated that devotees from all over the country and overseas visit Baba Neem Karoli's Kainchi Dham, and that building this circuit will allow tourists to visit multiple sites in one trip.
Furthermore, Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj announced that the government has discovered various tourist-friendly places in the Kumaon range's six districts.
Previously, the government had identified Munisyari in Pithoragarh, Kausani in Bageshwar, Katarmal in Almora, Muketeshwar in Nainital, and Lohaghat in Champawat, and Parag Farm in Udham Singh Nagar as 13 Districts, 13 New Tourist Destinations. In addition, infrastructure work has been carried out in all of the aforementioned areas under various themes.
