which Tripo Vacation Holiday makes the Services available and any related applications (the

"Application"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by

the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, whether or not you become a

registered user of the Services. These Terms give your access to and use of the Site,

Application and Services and all Collective Content (defined below) and constitute a

binding legal agreement between you and Tripo Vacation Holiday.

Postponed And Amendment Policy :-

After making the Payment of a Particular Package, If clients want to make any Amendment or if clients want to Postpone the dates (that too of any reason) clients need to bear some certain charges of the same and all rights have been reserved by Tripo Vacation Holiday only.

Refund Policy:-

• It is mandatory to contact Tripo Vacation Holiday for all refunds however refunds would be done as per the Tripo Vacation Holiday refund policy.
• The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment wasmade. For example, if the User used a credit card, Tripo Vacation Holiday will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Tripo Vacation Holiday will credit the money back to the debit card. On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized bookings upfront discount, promo code and Tripo Vacation Holiday wallet discount  availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
