At 08:00, after breakfast, your guide and driver will come and pick you to start the trip to Mekong Delta, where a full-day trip will be provided. After driving for two hours, you will arrive in Cai Lay. When you get there, get on a boat to take in the sights of the surrounding countryside and the river life. Continue to ride a bicycle for a quick ride of roughly 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) along the village roads, passing by the fruit orchards, and stopping at a local residence along the way. Visit the orchard, strike up a chat with the farm's proprietor, and sample some of the fresh fruits grown in the area. You keep walk through the Mekong village, and then stop at a local family's house for a lunch with dishes typical of the Mekong Delta.
