- Accommodation as per itinerary.
- All transfers & sight seeings as per itinerary on Point to Point Basis.
- Services of an Englishspeaking driver.
- Driver Allowance, toll, parking fee, Night halt charges, inter state permit.
- A dedicated Tour Coordinator for the entire trip.
- Child below 5 years on Complimentary basis.
- Due to climatic conditions if there is a road blockage then an extra amount has tobe beared by the customer for the diversion of route which can be paid to the driver directly.

* Terms & Conditions
- Given quote is valid for minimum paying persons only as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with Similar facility Hotels.
- Vehicles would be Non A.C in the hills as it is difficult to climb uphill roads.
- For delay in train/flight/bus timings Rs, 200/ extra would be applicable Per Hour
- Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability. Extra Bed @ hotel will be (Bed Roll / Mattress)
- Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels,but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
- Check in time 1400 Hrs and Check out time 1200 Hrs for all Hotels.
- No refund will be for unused services.
- Foreigners are not allowed to visit Restricted areas in Sikkim like Baba Mandir,Nathua Pass, Zero Point, Gurudongmer Lake.
- Normal running time of vehicle is 7am to 6pm, subject to weather conditions.
- Incase of land slide or any other reason Tsangoo Lake is closed, we shall provide you alternate sight seeing.
- (EP only room), (CP room + breakfast) ( MAP Room + breakfast + lunch/dinner), (AP room + all meals;full board)
- If any point is closed at the time of travel there will be no reduction in the cost for the same.
- Any Change in the current tax structure at the time of partaking of services will be applicable as per law.
- Rooms are not blocked and Rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Room Heater is Chargeable on direct payment basis.
* Special Note
- PLEASE CARRY VALID PHOTO ID CARD SUCH AS PASSPORT / VOTER ID CARD /DRIVING LICENSE / DEPARTMENT
- We are not allowed to pick up the guests from the Guwahati airport exit gate.Vehicle will wait at the parking lot. Guests will have to walk upto the parking lot.Porters can be hired directly to carry the luggages.
* Booking Policy
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking. This must be paid at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the departure date. If the balance is not received by this time, Bong Traveler reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
* Cancellation Policy
- 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.
