Then proceed to Munnar on the way visit Cheyyappara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls, tea plantations, etc...On arrival at Munnar check in to the Hotel and relax for the rest of the day. After breakfast from hotel drive to Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Trivandrum which is the capital city of Kerala. Sightseeing includes Kuthira Malika palace museum, Sree Chithra art gallery, zoological park, ( All the monuments will be closed on Monday ) and Pathmanabha swami temple. Come back to Kovalam and enjoy its beauty at evening. Its attractions includes Howah beach, lighthouse beach and Ashoka beach. The tallest Gangadhareswara (Lord Shiva) statue in the country on the premises of Azhimala temple in Vizhinjam .The 58-ft-tall statue made of concrete depicts Shiva having wavy hair with Ganga on his head there is a 3,500-sq-ft chamber with more sculptures showing the history of Azhimala Shiva temple.
