- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the arrival date. No cancellation fee will be charged if acknowledged by Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd, subject to group size.
- For FIT (6 passengers or fewer): 21 to 8 days prior: 30% of total invoice charge 7 to 4 days prior: 50% of total invoice charge 3 days or fewer: 100% of total invoice charge
- For GIT (7 passengers or more): 21 to 15 days prior: 50% of total invoice charges 14 days or fewer: 100% of total invoice charges
- No-shows will incur the full total invoice charge.
- Date changes or postponements are treated as cancellations.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
