Vietnam Essentials – From Tunnels to Golden Bridges

DAY 1: SAIGON ARRIVAL – CU CHI TUNNELS                                                                (-)  

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet and greet by local tour guide & transfer to city center.

Hotel check in time: 14:00. Early check in NOT included

Afternoon, depart for Cu Chi Tunnels from the meeting point. Visitors will arrive at Cu Chi tunnels after a drive of 1,5 hours. Our tour guide will give you an overview introduction to Cu Chi and its legendary history. A documentary film about the tunnels will explain the tunnel's histories and how fierce the war was in the area. You will be guided to the tunnels system, including the weapon factory, hospitals, and kitchens, and crawl under the tunnels…

After that, travelers can try delicious manioc, the leading food for guerilla warriors in Cu Chi during the war. Visitors can try to fire off an AK47 or MK16 or machine guns at the nearby shooting range. Return to Sai Gon at the end of your trip.

DAY 2: SAIGON – MY THO                                                                                                     (B)  

My Tho/ Vinh Trang pagoda / Thoi Son Islet / Fruit Garden

Breakfast at hotel. Today you will enjoy Mekong delta excursion to My Tho - about 75km from the city, on the way visit:

Vinh Trang Pagoda, the greatest pagoda of Tien Giang Province, in an area of 2,000m2 with many beautiful trees

Take local boat on the Mekong river for sightseeing: the view of the river’s banks, fish - floating market and islands of Dragon, Unicorn,Turtle, Phoenix.

• Land on Unicorn island: Visit a bee-farm and enjoy honey-tea.
• Visit coconut candy workshop, taste fresh candies (BenTre Province).
• Get on a horse-cart on the countryside road.
• Visit an orchard of tropical fruits, enjoy seasonal fruits and listen to Southern traditional music.
• Discover Vam Chua natural canal (Ben Tre province) by rowing boat

Afternoon transfer back to Saigon.

DAY 3: SAIGON – CITY TOUR – FLIGHT TO DA NANG                                                (B)  

In the morning, enjoy a half day city tour in Saigon, visit The Hundreds Years Red Cathedral is one of the oldest churches and the top famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, was built in 1877 this is Saigon’s architectural treasures with materials from France. Next visit Old Post Office was built in year 1886–1891 by renowned French architect Gustave Eiffel, of Eiffel Tower fame, the vaulted roof and arched windows lend a classic look reminiscent of European Railway stations and visit People’s Committee Hall , it is beautiful French Colonial architecture and sunny cream-and-yellow hue, make it a tourist favorite and a symbol of Saigon, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Ho Chi Minh Opera House last passby.

Afternoon, transfer to airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival at Da Nang Int Airport, meet our friendly guide at the exit, then transfer to your hotel in city centre.

DAY 4: DA NANG – MARBLE MOUNTAIN – HOI AN – DA NANG                 (B)

In them morning, visit:

Marble Mountain is a natural masterpiece bestowed to the land of Da Nang. It is a group of five limestone mountains in with the harmonious beauty of the ecological area and the spiritual and cultural life.

Afternoon, we discover Hoi An ancient town which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tam Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the bustling market. We visit these sights on an exciting walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town's multi-cultural past.

DAY 5: DA NANG – BANA HILLS – GOLDEN BRIDGE – DA NANG                          (B)  

Bana Hill/ French Village/ Golden Bridge/ Fantasy Park

Bana Hill is known as the “green lung” of Da Nang City. Because this is the only place that can bring visitors cool climate, fresh and feel great 4 seasons in one day.

French Village is a replica of classical and romantic France in our fantasy, through a string of peculiar architectural clusters: the square, cathedral, town, village and inns… Travelers to the French Village seemto jump the time machine and get carried back to the sophisticated and elegant life in one of the oldest countries of the world.

Golden Bridge - This new Vietnamese-designed Bridge at Sun World Bana Hills Danang was introduced to the world during a prestigious fashion show since they have used the golden bridge as a runway. The models in their bridal gowns, fog and mountains in the background, it definitely gave a walk to the sky feels. This made the general public fall in love for this mind-blowing golden bridge.

Fantasy Park – Free on your own for joining games in the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours).
