Booking Policy

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
- 2nd Payment: 50% of payment will be done before 7 days of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
- 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non- refundable. This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

Child Policy
- Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.
- Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost.
- Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.

All payments should be done Purba Holidays official account. No payments will be entertained other then Purba Holidays official account. All prices displayed on the PURBA HOLIDAYS platform/ Itinerary are subject to supplier reconfirmation and an availability check.
