Exception to Cancellation Policy:

The only exception to the cancellation policy is in the case of visa refusal. If you are unable to proceed with your trip due to a visa refusal by the embassy, your cancellation charge will be capped at 30%, provided you submit the official letter of refusal from the embassy. For all other cancellations, the usual cancellation terms will apply.

Cancellation terms (on flights):

Flight cancellation charges will be as per the airline's policy. These charges vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket purchased. It is advisable to check the specific terms and conditions provided by the airline for details on cancellation fees.

Payment Terms (for international flights and visas):

• The full amount is required to be paid at the time of flight booking and visa appointment. This ensures that all arrangements are confirmed and secured for your trip.
• Please note that while the package is quoted in INR for convenience, any significant fluctuations in the exchange rate may result in a change to the cost of the trip in INR. 
• The final cost will be adjusted based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of booking or payment.

(Please note that in the last instalment, a 5% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) will be applicable. This amount will be filed with the government against the traveller's PAN number. It will be refunded or adjusted in full when you file your Income Tax Return (ITR).)

Payment Terms for Triplagalo

1. Deposit Amount:

- 10% of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Second Payment:

- 40% of the total trip cost must be paid 5 days after booking or at the time of flight ticket issuance, whichever is earlier.  

3. Third Payment:

- 30% of the total trip cost must be paid 60 days before the trip start date.  

4. Final Payment:

- 20% of the total trip cost, along with the 5% Tax Collected at Source (TCS), must be paid 30 days before the trip start date.
