Booking Policy

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:

1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 50%  balance should be done 7 days prior your departure.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.

30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

Child Policy

Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.

Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost. 

Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult. 

• No Refunds Will Be Provided For

  • Cancellations or modifications during the travel period or on the departure date.
  • No-shows or failure to arrive.
  • Missed or skipped meals due to late arrivals or personal delays.
  • Modification of the meal plan after check-in.
  • Hotel changes after booking confirmation.
  • Any unused services, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, or other facilities.

  Uncontrollable Circumstances

  PURBA HOLIDAYS will not be held liable for cancellations caused by hotel decisions, natural calamities, or other uncontrollable situations.
