PLEASE NOTE:
a. National park fees has to be borne by the guest if not included in the package.
b. SIC Transfers in Island Tours are time specific. It is advisable for guests to be in the lobby at the pick up time.
c. If the height of the child is more than the permissible limit , the additional charges will have to be paid by the guest on ground.
d. The interhotel transfers in Phi Phi island will be provided directly by the hotel or will be self managed by the guests.
e. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
f. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
g. We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.

* CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
30 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
15 to 7 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
No show: Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
Flight Cancellation depends upon the flights policy
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels.
In Peak seasons, Some hotels may charge 100?ncellation.
Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.

* BOOKING PROCESS

We require token amount of INR 30,000/-(non-refundable) to hold the Land Package.
Within 3-4 Days, you need to cover 50% of the Package cost through Net Banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e 50% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 30 prior the date of Departure.
