- All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be rescheduled.
- Standard check in time in hotels is 2:00PM or 3:00PM (depend on property) which would be mentioned on your hotel vouchers.
- Early check-in and late Check-out are not guaranteed, its hotels discretion if rooms available.
- Flights and Hotel are non-refundable as per the hotel and flight policy specified at the time of booking.
- Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
- Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
- If you fail to reach within the time arranged by the ground team, there will be no replacement for tour or transfer given. You will need to be ready on time mentioned in the itinerary when the pickup of tour starts. Drivers may not wait if there is any delay. Moreover; no guides provided during sightseeing tours. You will be only dropped and picked up and you will need to explore attractions on your own.
- All transfers are point to point basis; the driver may not stop the vehicle in-between the route.
- The guide will be available only for some specific tours/Excursions.
- If no travellers travelling after confirmation of package increase or decrease than revised cost for the complete package will be given and it would be allowed only 10 days prior to travel.
- On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary and keep you informed. However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
- Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if client postpone or cancel the journey in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
- We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
- In Case of visa rejection or delay Atlas Holiday is not liable for any refund or claim, the actual cancellation policy will be followed as per the company norms.
- If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done and for rescheduling additional charges need to be given.
- Visa rates can fluctuate any time due to changes in Visa Fees by the concerned Embassy.
- Date change policy: Any additions post finalisation of the plan which warrant a modification in the itinerary will be levied a ₹3000 service charge per person on top of the supplier charges. Date changes in the itinerary will be levied a ₹3000 service charge per person and are not allowed 10 days before departure. The entire trip reschedule will be levied a ₹5000 service charge on top of the supplier reschedule charges. No changes to the itinerary will be taken 10 days or lesser to the departure date.
- Booking amount is non - refundable.
- Flights, which are non-refundable, which not be refunded at any case and for refundable flights, cancellations policies apply as per the airlines.
- For flight, make sure to do web check-ins 24-48 hours prior to travel by own as Atlas holiday is not responsible for this but certainly, we can guide on the process. Moreover; for date change, name change or etc, additional charges will be applicable that to depend on the airlines. Make sure to check for the baggage details as most airlines provide 7 kg of hand back and 15-20 kg (depend on airline) of check-in baggage, make sure to verify it prior to booking.
- In case of any kind of refunds, it will be initiated only after travel completion, that too 7-15 days of travel dates or subject to refund type.
