About Ming Tombs
The Beijing Ming Tombs are a set of 13 tombs of the emperors of the Ming Dynasty. They are located in Changping District, about 50 kilometers north of Beijing. The tombs were built in the 14th and 15th centuries and are the final resting place of the Ming Dynasty emperors. The tombs are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
