About Mahamaham Tank
The Kumbakonam Mahamaham Tank is a large temple tank in the town of Kumbakonam in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is one of the largest temple tanks in South India and is said to have been built by the Chola king Raja Raja Chola I.
