The picturesque Green Valley in Shimla is located on the Hindustan-Tibet Road, about 8 km from Shimla. It is a popular picnic spot and offers a panoramic view of the Shimla Valley. The valley is carpeted with green grass and is dotted with deodars and other trees. The valley is also home to a number of birds and animals.
The Green Valley is at its best during the spring season when the valley is carpeted with wildflowers. The valley is also a good place for a nature walk. One can also enjoy a picnic here.
