Architecture of Rang Ghar
The Rang Ghar is an architectural masterpiece built by the Ahom king Swargadeo Rajeswar Singha in 1768. It is a two-storeyed structure made of brick and mortar. The ground floor has a large hall while the first floor has a smaller hall and a balcony. The roof is made of tiles. The walls are decorated with murals.
