SATTE 2024 - South Asia’s Leading Travel Show

SATTE 2024 -  South Asia’s Leading Travel Show, concludes with great success, effectively showcasing the importance of Sustainable Tourism and collaboration within the industry. The three days travel fair in India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida, India from February 22, 2024 to February 24, 2024 received a great response from buyers, exhibitors, industry leaders, and travelers worldwide, making it a remarkable success.

 

SATTE offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals in the travel and tourism sector to present their offerings to a broad array of potential buyers and customers from around the world. The event is backed by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, along with various national and international tourism boards and travel associations. This makes it a significant platform for connecting, sharing insights, and exchanging ideas.

The theme of  SATTE 2024 was "Inclusive and Sustainable Tourism," and the fair served as a significant stage for fostering collaboration and innovation in the travel and tourism sector. Demonstrating its consistent growth, this edition presents impressive statistics, featuring more than 1,500 exhibitors and an anticipated attendance of over 50,000 pre-registered trade attendees from India and around the world, including 1000 domestic and international buyers. States like Uttar Pradesh (the host state), Bihar, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, and the 8 Northeastern States actively participated in the event. Internation. 
International contries like Nepal,Bhutan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai and some more were actively engage in SATTE 2024 to showcase their tourism offerings, establish collaborations, and promote their respective destinations within the global travel and tourism industry.

 

Events like 'ATITHI,' a unique reverse buyer-seller gathering in partnership with SPEC (Service Export Promotion Council), and 'Shakti,' an awards ceremony honoring the remarkable efforts of women entrepreneurs and leaders in the industry, stood out as the main attractions during the three-day expo.

SATTE 2025 :

SATTE foresees a thriving future for the travel and tourism industry and intends to relocate SATTE 2025 to Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, New Delhi, known as one of the world's largest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities. As the industry keeps evolving and introducing new ideas, gatherings like SATTE will persist as a crucial platform for cooperation, presenting emerging trends, and promoting sustainable development in the travel and tourism sector.
