IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GUESTS STAYING AT RAILAY OR RAYAVADEE AREA

• Guests staying at Railay and Ravadee Beach Hotels must arrive at the Tour Meeting point on their own using the Hotel Shuttle Boat.  It is recommended that the shuttle schedule is to be booked 48 hrs prior to arrival/service with the resort.  This service is not provided by TravelBullz.
• Guests staying at Railay Beach : Pick up at the East Side of Long Bridge : 0900 hrs. 
• Guest staying at Centara Grand Beach : Pick up from Nopparat Thara Beach Pier : 0815 - 08:30 hrs.
• This is applicable to all hotels that are not located on the Krabi mainland.
• Tour and Transfer Pick up for all such hotels, is NOT from the hotel lobby.  
• Guests staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Spa, Centara Resort and Villas Krabi Ao Nang must arrive at Nopparat Pier for all Tours and Transfer pick-up. 
• Guest must check the hotel shuttle schedule locally and make arrangements to arrive at the meeting point before Tour Pick-up Time mentioned on the Voucher. TravelBullz will provide Pick up and Drop-off to the meeting point of the Tour for the Tour Service.
