Check out from your resort at 9:00 am and proceed for Munnar. On your way to Munnar, visit the cascading Valara and Cheyyappara waterfalls and capture some beautiful moments there.  Cheeyappara Waterfall is known for its multiple tiers and picturesque setting. It's surrounded by dense forests and tea plantations, making it a popular stop for travelers heading to Munnar. The waterfall flows down in several steps, creating a series of smaller cascades. Valara Waterfall is another beautiful waterfall in the region. Like Cheeyappara, it is set against the backdrop of lush greenery and tea estates. The waterfall is known for its pristine and tranquil environment, making it a peaceful place to visit. The distance between Munnar and Thekkady  journey can take around 2-2.30 hours, depending on road conditions and stops along the way. Be prepared for winding mountain roads and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Western Ghats during your journey. Upon your arrival in Thekkady, check in to the hotel and freshen up. Depart for a sightseeing tour of Thekkady. Do a boat ride on the Periyar Lake through the Periyar Tiger Reserve and have a chance to see the big cat Later on, you may go for an Elephant ride and Bath , Jeep safari through the jungle.
