•Adventure trek and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the trip and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same weapon, fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian law.

•The organizers reserve the rights to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any camp rules.

•Adventure trek is not responsible for your where about or safety if you are outside the camping premises.

•Any loss to the camping or hotel material will be borne by the guilty person on the spot.

•Adventure trek will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods belongings to the the travellers.

•All the guests must carry govt. issued valid id card.

•Slots at campsite/hotels will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

•Incase of any breakdown of the transport in the way, you will have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport will be provided.

•Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

•Registration/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded.

* Cancellation policy

•In case of cancellation for the group from the organizers side, due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will try to transfer the booking in other group departure (if client deny opting for transfer of booking to other group then there will be no refund). Else we will refund 100% amount deposited.

•In case of cancellation from the client side, after the registration at any point of time, then in that case there will be no refund.

* Payment Procedure

•Booking process: Book your seat by depositing an advance of INR 3,000 and rest of the amount to be paid on the departure date. You will receive an confirmation voucher within 24 hrs of booking.
