Refunds are processed promptly and effectively. The applicable refund amount will be credited to the travellers Bank Account within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

Chakar Tour and Travels adheres to the following cancellation fee structure:

If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the scheduled date of travel, a cancellation fee of 25.0% of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation occurs between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled date of travel, a cancellation fee of 50.0% of the total booking cost will be charged.
If cancellation occurs within 15 days of the scheduled date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as the cancellation fee.

Payment Term Policy

To secure a reservation, 20% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking. This ensures that all arrangements can be confirmed and adequately prepared in advance of the travel date.
