Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Info  Arrival in Gangtok
    Upon your arrival, the driver will transfer you from Bagdogra Airport or NJP railway station to your hotel in Gangtok. En route, you have the option to stop at Kalimpong for rafting in the Teesta River (at your own expense). After reaching Gangtok, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and rejuvenate. In the evening, explore MG Marg and shop for unique souvenirs

  • Day 2
    Info  Gangtok sightseeing
    The driver will pick you up from your hotel for a sightseeing tour of Gangtok. First, visit the famous Tsomgo Lake, also known as Changu Lake, situated at an elevation of 3,753 meters, and take in the stunning scenic beauty. Next, head to the sacred Baba Mandir to learn about its historical significance. You also have the option to visit Nathula Pass, one of the key passes on the India-China border (at your own expense). Return to your hotel in Gangtok for an overnight stay.

    Info  Gangtok to Darjeeling
    After checking out from your hotel, the driver will pick you up for your transfer to Darjeeling. Enjoy the scenic journey through landscapes adorned with panoramic snow-covered Himalayan peaks and lush tea gardens. Upon arrival in Darjeeling, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind. In the evening, you can explore the lively Mall Road and shop for unique souvenirs.

    The driver will pick you up from your hotel for a sightseeing tour of Darjeeling. Begin your day at the top of Tiger Hill, where you can enjoy the sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. Next, admire the beauty of Batasia Loop before visiting Ghoom Monastery, home to a 15-foot-high Maitreya Buddha statue. Continue your tour with stops at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling Zoo, and Tenzing Rock. Explore the local tea estates, Tibetan Center, and Peace Pagoda. Later,the driver will transfer you to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP railway station, where your exhilarating 4-day tour will come to an end.
