* As per government directive, tourist are requested to produce their identity proof at the point of check in at hotel. 
* Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage. 
* All prices are in Indian rupees and valid for Indian National
* Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving firm booking
* In case of non availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.
* Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early check in, late check out, non / smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel's discretion. We will request this for you as priority however not guarantee at any point of time.

* All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only
* 15 days or more days prior to departure - loss of deposit
* 7 days to 15 days before departure - 50% of tour cost
* 2 days to 6 days before departure - 80% of tour cost
* 48 hours or fewer before departure - 100% of tour cost 

* Minimum 25% cost has to be made for booking confirmation
* 50% cost to be made one day prior the trip
* 25% cost to be made on the day trips starts
