• Flight cancellation/reschedule (at the airline’s end). The Travel Guide is not responsible for changes in further related bookings
• Web Check in is mandatory for all travel and checks all travel-related documents before you do Web Check Inn.
• The final Voucher will be available 7 days prior to the departure date
• Vehicles are provided to you only for point-to-point basics, not for disposal.
• Rooms are subject to availability
• Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes, or entrance fees
• Airfare is subject to change without prior notice and The Travel Guide will not take any responsibility for the same
• Check-in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1200 hrs noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability
• The hotel Pictures given to you might differ from the actual
• We require 25% of the Payment For Process Land Booking
• Need full amount to book flight, Ferry, E-rail Tickets
• Required full payments for hotels and tours that are Non-Refundable
• Extra 2.84% will be charged if the mode of payment is a credit card, Debit Card And 3.84% Extra on Amex
• Once Booking is processed, no amendment is allowed – if so charges will bear by the guest
• In Cruise Gratuity fee is excluded from the package, this is directly paid by guests at cruise
• Visa on arrival countries, expense on the visa is a part of the guest. Flip Trip Holidays will not take care of any charges
• The passport should be valid for 6 Month (180 days from the travel date)
• Travel Insurance, all claim settlement is between (Guest and Insurance Company)The Travel Guide do not have any liability
• Pan Card is mandatory for all pax who are traveling. Should be shared at the time of booking
• Visa Approval/Rejection is completely the discretion of the Embassy. The Travel Guide do not have any liability
• International Hotels require a security deposit and City taxes, which are given by the Guest upon arrival at the time of Check Inn
• Hotel Amenities are part of the hotel
• Special requests like Early Check-in, smoking room, non-smoking room, particular views, Particular Floors, King or Queen size bed, twin, adjoining room, or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival
• Tours & Tickets for attractions once booked will not be refunded
• Drinks including Water during meals/sightseeing tours are not included
• Any tours, transfers or activities can be cancelled because of unforeseen weather conditions Or Political Issues. Guest should take care of their own, canceled tour, transfers or activities will be refunded
• The Travel Guide Non-Refundable Cancellation Charge Rs.2000 per Person
• In Case of Any Duplicate Booking is Found In Airlines/hotels/resorts/cruises, any amount paid in this case would be forfeited or any ADM/charges will be liable by the traveling Guest
• While the guest on tour found COVID-19 positive, all quarantine stays/test expenses will be borne by the guest. The Travel Guide will not be responsible for any expenses
• Kindly note that if any guests are shown symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of arrival at the Airport, the local authorities in charge will conduct a COVID-19 test. Should the test result be positive the guest/s will be accommodated in a designated isolation facility managed by the Government of the state/country. Your reservations will be considered as no-shows
• COVID – 19 tests are mandatory in some cities/countries for arrival/departure or both, Kindly ask us /read all COVID – 19 tests/quarantine rules before travelling
• Travel insurance is a must – Please ask us or make necessary arrangements before travel

Cancellation Policy:

• Advance Amount is Non-Refundable

In between 45 days to 30 days:- 40% retention of the Total Package

In between 30 days to 15 days:- 70% retention of the Total Package

Less than 15 days of check-in:- 100% retention of the Total Package

Payment Policy:

30% at the time of Payment (1st Installment online)

20?ter 7 days of getting the vouchers (2nd Installment online)

50% during the tour in cash

 Note: If the customer wants to make the third installment online he/she needs to inform us at least 7 days before his/her traveling date.
