Reservation & Payment:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid in easy installment either before your departure from your city/country or within 24hrs upon arrival in destination and commencement of the services. Company's management personnel's hold the right to decide upon the exact amount to be paid as advance payment and how many installment on the balance amount based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice as rates mentioned here are minimum quote hence will be available on first come, first served basis.
Failure to comply with this may result in cancellation of further reservation and services and forfeiture of Payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation of any booking, we must be notified of the same in writing by the same person who booked the trip. However, cancellation penalty of Rs. 2500/- per person will apply on deposited amount exclusion other charges. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive notification in writing, and other charges would be as follows as per notification received:
If cancelled 0-10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost.
If cancelled 11-20 days prior to arrival: 70% of the Tour/Service cost.
If cancelled 21-30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the Tour/Service cost.
No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
No refund for No Show or on The Spot cancellation.
No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.
No refund on entry fees booked into National Parks/Forests/Sanctuaries/monestries/ or other amusement arenas.
Our Responsibilities & Limitations:
The Company acts as agent for the carriers, transportation companies, hotels and other principals of third party suppliers, hence company has no direct control over the third party suppliers of Product and will not be liable in the event that any advertised services or facilities are changed or withdrawn. Although the Company has taken reasonable care to ensure Product Content is correct.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly from any occurrence beyond the Company's control and or including but not limited to the breakdown of equipment, weather, fire, accident, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical reasons, customs regulations, cancellation, changes in the tour itinerary and or flight and or other transport schedules, possession of illegal and or unlawful items and or holding invalid travel documents and or behavior and or activities are considered as subversive by the government or local authority concerned.
Company will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
The failure of the Customer to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and or check-out places and or times or other causes and the losses and or expenses resulting there from shall be borne by the client.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their own. All baggage's & personal property's at all times are at the customer's own risk.
Any special requests such as special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, accommodation requirements, etc. shall be communicated to the Company upon making a reservation. Please note, however, that such requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
Other Information
* On arrival of guest if by train at NJP Railway Station, please be informed that our executive will be there to receive the guest at the New Exit Gate (Near Escalator) or at Bagdogra Airport our executive will be there with the PLA – CARD at Exit Gate in the Airport.
* In sikkim no vehicle are permitted as disposal, so, vehicles will be provided only on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing.
* As per sikkim traffic rule outside vehicle(sumo/bolero/maxx) are not allowed to enter in the city. Only local taxi can roam around within Gangtok city. All outside vehicle will pick up & drop them from Deorali taxi stand. We provide local taxi for pick up & drop from hotel to taxi stand. For this reason guest have to wait sometime in the taxi stand.
* It is also noted that Luxury vehicles like Innova/Xylo/Bolero comes under same category, hence there will be no price difference as such. In some cases company will alternately provide Xylo/Bolero instead of Innova, due to tough terrain condition.
* Pick up and drop facility for Tsomgo Lake/North Sikkim tour will be provided from and to at North Sikkim Stand only.
* Permit require for Tsomgo Lake/Baba Mandir/Nathula/Lachen/Lachung. So, please be informed that guest should carry 06 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with atleast 02 photo copy(identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit.
* If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
* Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
* If guests want any changes in their scheduled itinerary they should convey that information to our executive atleast 24hrs before commencement of the next schedule .
